Dr. Casper Odinson Cröwell's authority in regards to the HNO and Vinland Kindred Publishing extends no further than directing the ministerial content in order to ensure adherence to the doctrine of Fundamental Odinism. Otherwise, all operations of the HNO and Vinland Kindred Publishing are now and have always been the responsibility of the Executive Administrator of these organizations.
